If you encounter problems while trying to login into Nexex, please make sure:
- your login details are correct (check for typos, caps lock etc.)
- the 2FA code you are entering is correct and the 2FA app is synced
- you are on https://trade.nexex.io/login and not visiting a phishing site
In case you forgot your password, please click on "forgot password" here.
In case the entered 2FA code is invalid, try syncing again your 2FA app: tap on Settings > Time correction for codes > Sync now. Other common issues with Two-Factor Authentication are described here.
