The order book is the list of every buy and sell order that is present inside a specific market. Traders have the ability to put buy and sell orders at different prices, each one is displayed inside the order book, in real time. Reading the order book helps users to make their trading decisions. All the orders are displayed but the participants are not known, meaning that traders put their orders anonymously. If more than one user creates an order at the same price, the order book will display the total amount of coins offered/wanted and the system will fulfill them in chronological order. The data held inside the order book generates a chart called Market depth, which displays graphically the supply and demand, with the number of coins (order size) necessary to move the price up or down.
